    We heard you and we’re excited to deliver. Receiving self-care can have financial and scheduling roadblocks for parents and that’s why we’ve launched personalized classes for you. Whether you’re interested in learning self-massage or massage with the help of a partner to alleviate pain during pregnancy, labor, postpartum or during the parenting years, we’ll design something safe and effective for you perform at home and on your own time.

    Learning simple manual lymphatic drainage routines for yourself or your family is a great way to help boost your families immune system year round. These sessions are offered at the office and may be offered in-home if current therapist schedule allows.

    1 on 1 Virtual Infant Massage Sessions

    Our virtual infant massage classes are designed to guide you through gentle techniques that support your baby’s physical, emotional, and developmental well-being—all from the comfort of your home. During our personalized infant massage sessions we focus on 1 or 2 of these 4 areas:

    Parent-Child Connection: Strengthen your bond through touch and co-regulation.

    Nervous System Development: Learn techniques to calm and soothe, helping regulate your baby’s stress responses.

    Motor and Speech Development: Gentle strokes can support muscle coordination and promote sensory-motor integration, which is key for milestones like crawling, walking, and even speech.

    Ease Discomfort: Relieve colic, gas, and general fussiness, making daily life more comfortable for your little one.

    After each session you’ll recieve a PDF covering what you learned. You’ll also have access to “trouble-shooting” support via text.
