My journey in the Health and Wellness space began in 2010 when I was introduced to weight training. I fell in love with learning about the body and in 2014, I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Kinesiology and specialized as a health fitness instructor. A few years later, I became interested in the recovery aspect after facing my own challenges with pain as a powerlifter and pursued a career as a licensed massage therapist.

I firmly believe movement and recovery are the key to longevity and maintaining independence for as long as possible. However, as a parent myself, I know how challenging maintaining an active lifestyle and prioritizing self-care can be while raising the coolest little humans.

My mission is to help families navigate these challenges and find ways to prioritize their health in a way that works with their lifestyle. I love connecting my love for movement with massage and educating how to continue the work at home so you can keep up with your kiddos or run a 5K better than ever.
